During this Ramadan month Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur renowned chef Chef Jasmin Mohd Zon and his team will be preparing tantalizing delights of variety choices from range of appetizer, main course delights and desserts from Chef Patrick.
The appetizer counter offers exquisite selections of ‘Kerabu Pucuk Paku dan Udang’ (Sweet Potato Shoot Salad with Prawns), Tauhu Sumbat dan Kuah Kacang’ (Fried Beancurd stuffed with Vegetables served with Peanut Sauce), Ulam-ulaman (Malay Salad) and not to forget, the traditional ‘Sambal’.
