Museum will be experimenting on cod and salmon this July, based on their mild flavour and versatile cooking styles for a very special promotion on ala carte. Sous Chef Fong Peng Loon has concocted several creations including the baked salmon escalope in honey-soya reduction, stir-fried fillets of cod with tangy fruit cocktail and marinated pan-fried salmon with Szechuan sauce. The food is halal and reservations come highly recommended!
