1 Michelin star chef Jeff Ramsey will be at Mandarin Oriental to dazzle foodies with molecular tapas. In the course of a two-hour dinner theatre style display, the molecular tapas are prepared in front of delighted and sometimes puzzled diners. You will rediscover the joys of molecular cooking with an exclusice 21-course Molecular Tapas Set Menu, featuring signature dishes such as Pecorino Puff, Scallop with pumpkin sorbet and Lobster Potato Vanilla, among others. There will be two seatings at either 6.30pm or 9pm. Advance reservation is recommended.
