Loving Them Southern Chilli
Posted on 26 June 2008 by sarahAdding to the growing list of dining outlets in Jaya One is Frontera Bar & Grill, a Tex-Mex restaurant led by American chef Larry Martin. Frontera is a spacious restaurant bathed in orange with somberos lining the walls and sturdy wooden furniture. The menu hits all the right prerequisite Tex-Mex selections. The chillis, ranging from Guajillos to sizzling Jalapenos to fiery Habanera, are imported from the USA. Highlights include the Chilli Con Carne, Mesquite-Grilled Ribs and Cheese Enchiladas with Chilli Gravy. As for desserts, Mexican pastry, Sapodillas with definitely hit the spot. And what's Tex-Mex without some tequila and margaritas? Frontera stocks the legendary tequila Sauza Hornitos Reposado made from 100% blue agave.
