The temptation to sit around on your tush is banished by Nike Sportswear’s 2009 Spring/Summer collection. Who wants to loaf when a spectrum of sporty gear awakens summertime wanderlust? Nike Sportswear’s latest collection approaches activities from casual roaming to concrete-commando free running thrills in the same vein—with quality kit. Composed of eight sportswear and footwear icons, the Nike Sportswear Design Team drew their inspiration and creative angle from the 20th anniversary of Nike ACG—Nike’s outdoor line. High-performance, technically innovative footwear, apparel and equipment are emblems of Nike ACG. With careful consideration of their roots, Nike Sportswear brings their Spring/Summer 2009 collection into the future using vivid electro-pop colours, elemental graphics and ultramodern materials. The collection serves men and women with striking pieces that work in the gym and on the road. The guts of the range are the comfy tees in bright tones and the striking hoodies inspired by the Nike Cortez and Eugene track jackets. Eye-catching high-top kicks will make sneakerheads out of many sitting on the fence. These coveted high-tops include a space-boot silver version for guys and bronze-detailed butterfly print for the ladies. Revolutionise your wardrobe before the best of the Spring/Summer 2009 collection is snapped up! Head to www.nikesportswear.com for more details.

What do you wish you had more of as a child?
Pocket money! I used to get only 20sen back in school.
Respect from my parents. I am my own person!
I wish my parents listened to me, instead of keeping to the idea that "children should be seen and not heard"
Attention! My siblings took it away from me. Grrr!
Freedom. My parents never let me go out with my friends.
Brand new clothes, not hand-me-downs that were ill-fitting!
Maturity to impress and annoy the adults with.
Time! Everything happened so quickly and I miss those carefree days.
Toys, gadgets and the latest computer games, because we kids were competitive about things like that.
I certainly wish I heard less of the phrase, "When I was your age..."
